The New World Trading Company has opened its fifth and largest site in Newcastle city centre, with the creation of up to 100 new jobs.
The new restaurant and bar is set across two floors of the Monument Mall development, which has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment, transforming it into a high class retail and leisure scheme.
New World also operates four Botanist sites in Leeds, Manchester's Deansgate, Chester and Alderley Edge.
