Bill’s Restaurants is planning to have opened five new restaurants by Easter this year. Its success continues as it doubled its size last year growing from 26 to 52 restaurants.
The group opened sites in the Highcross Shopping Centre Leicester on 2 February, and both Maidstone and Peterborough on Monday 9 February.
The company has announced its opening in Cardiff Bay on 16 March across two floors in the historic Pilotage Building, one of the oldest buildings in Cardiff Bay, and in Glasgow on 30 March, its first site in Scotland.
