Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy is set to open his third tapas bar on Bethnal Green Road on 24 February.
Tapas Revolution Shoreditch is an all-day restaurant offering a menu of regional and seasonal sharing specials, such as Truffle, boletus mushrooms and béchamel croquettes, and Iberian pork cheeks braised with chestnuts and chocolate. Once a week there will be ‘Paella los Jueves’ when paella will be served up.
For beverages there will be a selection of Spanish craft beers and a wine list focusing on small Spanish producers.
