Restaurant operator, Giggling Squid has confirmed its acquisition of its 13th site in a former Cafe Rouge in Guildford, Surrey.
The new restaurant which will re-open later this year offering 90 covers - it currently seats 60.
The company will also be opening in Bristol and Salisbury this year, which will bring its portfolio from the current 10 open sites to thirteen.
