Brindisa set to open fifth London restaurant & bar this week

With a soft launch this week, Brindisa is opening a new restaurant and bar in London's Soho. The new Morada Brindisa Asador offers a 360 degree bar, where dishes are prepared and served.

The brand's menu is centred around the Castilian tradition of roasting suckling pigs and lamb in a vast wood fired oven, known in Spain as an ‘asador’. It is largely focussed around cooking over charcoal and places great emphasis on meat, seafood and vegetables; grilled, roasted, stewed and braised.

This is Brindisa's fifth restaurant and bar and it also operates two Spanish food shops, all of which are based in central London.
