Byron has secured a site for its first Scottish outlet in Glasgow, an 190-cover restaurant on West George Street which will create 40 jobs.
The restaurant's menu will feature the classic, cheese and signature burgers along with its own Byron Pale Ale and Byron Lager.
Byron’s founder, Tom Byng said, “We’re delighted to have secured our first Scottish site, in Glasgow – a city with a brilliant burger scene that we’re looking forward to being a part of.
'We think Scotland's beef is the best you can get, which is why we've always used it in our hamburgers - so it was a natural step to look to opening here as we grow.'
