Italian chain Zizzi has revealed it would enter the breakfast market with a trial menu. The group will be testing a new breakfast concept at some of its branches, with plans to introduce the new ‘Brunchetta’ menu across all sites next year if it proves to be a success. It will now be going up against rival Pizza Express which is also trialling breakfast offerings with mini sweet and savoury pizza bread. Zizzi’a Brunchetta menu includes a variety of mini pizza breads called ‘pizzettes’ that come with savoury toppings plus the first sweet options.
