Kurobuta coming to Harvey Nichols


The London Harvey Nichols is to set to welcome a residency for Scott Hallsworth's Kurobuta restaurant later this year.

Hallsworth, the former head chef at Nobu, will take over the Fifth Floor restaurant space and offer his Japanese menu with a twist.

Signature dishes include tea-smoked lamb, oft shell crab tempura maki with kimchee mayo, BBQ Pork Belly in steamed buns, and the ‘Junk Food Japan’ menu with plates such as tuna sashimi pizza.

Diners can pair dishes with Asian beers, shooters , and cocktails featuring oriental booze from saké to Midori.

Kurobuta currently operates restaurants in Chelsea’s Kings Road and Marble Arch.
