Unilever Sells Brand After Sara Lee Acquisition
One of the world's most successful consumer goods companies, Unilever, has sold its Sanex soap and shower gel brand to Colgate-Palmolive for £585m, in order to secure approval for the recent acquisition of part of Sara Lee.
