Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow has been recognised at the inaugural Scottish Food Awards & Academy.
The stunning luxury five-star venue won Bar of the Year for its chic Salon Bar, which serves up inventive cocktails and indulgent afternoon tea. Laura Dunphy, Salon, Lounge and Bar manager and Gordon Shaw, Operations Manager, are pictured with the award.
The Scottish Food Awards & Academy have been created to honour year-round ratings and the best of food produced and served in our good food nation, as well as the people behind the success.
