Hertfordshire based Focus Hotels has taken over the management of the Ramada Hotel Heathrow and Ramada Hotel Bristol from the administrators of Ramada Jarvis.
Both hotels have been in administration since the end of September and the new management has now secured the jobs of 170 staff who will all now work for Focus as part of the new agreement.
Focus Hotels now operate 14 hotels after acquiring the two new hotels and it also signed a franchise agreement with Accor to operate 10 of its hotels under the midscale Mercure brand.
