Lexington Catering, one of the leading contract caterers in London, has launched a new range of vegan products in its core grab & go and award winning Grains&Greens brand to celebrate Veganuary.
Lexington Catering has created a range of vegan products to provide delicious flavour combinations and a tasty lunch for customers wanting a vegan option. The range includes a crispy fried seitan, roasted tomato and sriracha mayo wrap and a roasted cauliflower and nutmeg soup with garlic croutons. Each product is clearly labelled so it is quick and easy for customers to identify vegan options.
Lexington Catering’s vegan products proved very popular with customers in 2017, particularly during Veganuary last year. Many the Lexington sites increased their sale of vegan soup by 100 per cent during Veganuary 2017.
