Headquartered in Hampshire, Jude’s Ice Cream is launching its first vegan range into foodservice, due to popular demand for dairy alternatives
The Jude’s vegan foodservice range will include vanilla, chocolate and coconut flavours, each made using a coconut and soy base, flavoured with the best natural ingredients.
Chow Mezger, Managing Director and Jude’s son, commented, “We are really excited to be leading the way by offering a vegan ice cream range into foodservice. Our development team has been working hard to create the best tasting flavours on the market and will be expanding the range over the course of the year.”
The Jude’s Ice Cream vegan range will be available to order via foodservice from May.
Jude’s milk, which arrives fresh at the dairy each morning, comes from a herd of 220 Holstein crossed with Friesian cattle at Matterly Farm.
