The award-winning Apex City of Bath Hotel is celebrating a successful 2018 for its conference and events facilities, which brought in over one million pounds, solidifying its place as one of the best conference and event facilities in the UK.
The £50m property, which opened on the city’s James Street West in 2017, is Bath’s largest and only purpose-built city centre conference facility.
Housing eight meeting spaces and catering for flagship company conferences to private weddings, 2018 saw the hotel welcome 677 conferences and events to the city, including 400 attendees for the British International Studies Association’s annual four day conference.
Outside of conference and events, room figures for the hotel equates to £6 million and 48,000 room nights over the 12 months.

The 177-bed property, which opened in August 2017, sits in the heart of Bath and is only a short walk from Bath Spa Train station and close to plenty of the top tourist attractions within the city.
