Focus Hotels Management has successfully obtained the agreement for the forthcoming 42-room Polo Club hotel situated at the Dallas Burston Polo Club in Warwickshire, the financial details of which remain undisclosed.
The upcoming project at the 200-acre polo club is slated to become part of the Focus Hotel Collection, an assembly of independent hotels managed by Focus Hotels Management, upon its anticipated opening later this year.
Anticipated to draw increased visitors and patrons to the Club, the hotel will feature four polo grounds, a gastropub, an equestrian area, and a 3,000-capacity IXL events centre.
Devin Grosse, who assumed the role of Chief Executive at Focus Hotels in May 2023, said, 'This collaboration presents a unique prospect to curate a destination that not only embodies first-class luxury but also resonates on a global scale. Our dedicated team looks forward to crafting a world-class experience that blends the exceptional service ethos of Focus Hotels with the distinctive vision and quality of Dallas Burston Polo Club.'

Our shared ambition is for our award-winning venue to become a leading destination for business and leisure in England, and we are confident that the Polo Club hotel will contribute significantly to this vision with Focus at the helm.'
