Tom Brown, the owner of the Michelin-starred Hackney restaurant Cornerstone, is exploring the possibility of relocating to a larger site in central London.
The chef has enlisted Restaurant Property as the sole agents and aims to secure a site spanning 1,500 to 3,000 square feet in areas such as Marylebone, Mayfair, Covent Garden, or Soho.
Brown began his culinary journey at Nathan Outlaw's restaurant located at the St Enodoc Hotel in Rock, Cornwall. He later ascended to the position of head chef at Outlaw's at the Capital in 2016.
In 2018, he launched Cornerstone, a seafood-focused restaurant, marking his debut as a solo restaurateur. Remarkably, Cornerstone clinched a Michelin star in 2021.
Last year, the chef introduced the Pearly Queen oyster bar and restaurant as a subsequent venture, situated in Shoreditch.
