Incipio Group, known for managing establishments like Pergola on the Wharf and the Libertine, has revealed intentions to introduce a 'elevated F&B offer' at the upcoming Olympia development in London.
The £1.3 billion, 14-acre endeavor spearheaded by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International is slated for a grand opening in the summer of 2025.
Upon completion, the Olympia will offer a plethora of entertainment and event facilities, featuring multiple dining and beverage venues, office spaces, an AEG music arena, a theatre, a performing arts school, and two hotels.
Incipio Group will commandeer 39,000 square feet throughout the development, managing a variety of casual 'grab-and-go' outlets alongside offering 'premium dining' experiences.
Previously, the group operated Pergola Olympia, a temporary pop-up rooftop bar located in an unused car park, from 2018 to 2021.
Ed Devenport, chief executive of Incipio Group, said: 'Olympia is without doubt the most exciting opportunity we have come across as a group; its rich history, tradition, cultural and creative significance make it a stand-out destination within the UK.
'Incipio Group is excited to introduce several diverse and captivating concepts. We want every visitor to find a story that resonates with them, making their visit to Olympia not just a trip, but an unforgettable experience.'
The Olympia London, an events venue in Kensington, has roots tracing back to 1886 and was designed by Henry Edward Coe.
