Scott Hallsworth to open second Japanese restaurant


Chef and founder of Japanese restaurant Kurobuta, Scott Hallsworth is to open a second outlet in London on 23 April. The first site started as a pop up before becoming a permanent fixture.

The menu includes a 'Raw Salad' of Yellowtail Sashimi with Kizami Wasabi Salsa and Yuzu-Soy, 'Robabta BBQ' Tea Smoked Lamb with Smokey Nasu and Spicy Korean Miso, plus 'Japanese Junk Food' like Wagyu Beef Sliders in a Brioche Bun, Crunchy Onions, Pickled Cucumber and Umami Mayo.

Inside, the site can seat 60 diners plus seats at the bar area and the outdoor space can cater for a further 20 diners.
