Grind & Co, which operates three craft coffee and cocktail outlets, is planning to open two more sites in London in early 2015.
London Grind (pictured) is set to be the brand's new London Bridge flagship, opening late January 2015. Sitting riverside at the iconic address of Two London Bridge, the new outlet has been converted from an old bank building overlooking the Thames and will operate a full kitchen.
Details have yet to be released about a second new outlet which will be situated in Covent Garden.
Grind offers a small breakfast menu with seasonal fruits, porridge and scrambled eggs with avocado on toast, while the counters boasts a selection of locally-made croissants and pastries, filled croissants, as well as sweet and savoury treats.
For lunch there is traditional Italian focaccia sandwiches and piadinas, alongside freshly prepared salads and soups.
