Jamie Oliver's restaurant brand has married with Hilton Hotels and next month, Jamie’s Italian will open its doors at Hilton London Tower Bridge, with further openings planned.
The 180-seat restaurant will also offer an additional 75 outdoor seats will open on the ground floor of the 245-bedroom hotel. The Tower Bridge menu will include the usual Jamie's Italian favourites.
Hilton Worldwide partners with a number of high profile chefs including Chris and Jeff Galvin at the London Hilton on Park Lane and the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian; Marco Pierre White at two Doublettee by Hilton hotels in Bristol and Chester and the Hilton London Syon Park; and Nick Nairn at the Doubletree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro and the Hilton Garden Inn Aberdeen City Centre.
There are currently 51 Jamie’s Italian worldwide, including 36 in the UK. Following the latest new restaurant in Exeter, the next opening will be a Trattoria – a smaller and more rustic version of the brand – in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, at the end of this month.
