Homeslice is to add to its Covent Garden and Fitzrovia pizzerias with a new outlet in London's Old Street, EC1, opening this Thursday.
Diners can expect wood-fired 20-inch pizzas available whole and by the slice alongside locally sourced beer, frizzante prosecco on tap and organic wine by the magnum.
Ry Jessup started Homeslice in 2011, with a hand-built wood fired oven, serving slices at street food markets across east London.
