Burning Night Group is to create 100 jobs at a new £2.1m Bierkeller bar venue due to open in Nottingham this September. Bierkeller is a Bavarian bar equipped with long bench seating and beer steins, German-style glasses, which are the equivalent of two pints.
Named the Bierkeller Entertainment Complex, the new venue will comprise of three bars – Bierkeller, Around the World and Shooters.
The new site will feature a sports bar with the 'UK's biggest screen', and the 'Around the World' bar will be serving up American and European-inspired dishes and over 150 different real ale and craft beers from across the globe.
Customers will be served by waiters and waitresses in traditional dress, and a Bavarian oompah band playing traditional German music will perform every Friday and Saturday. The venue will also host weekly live music events and a comedy show.
