Bosvena, a high-end restaurant and cafe in the historic town of Bodmin, has come to the market through Christie & Co, with a freehold price tag of £350k.
The upmarket licensed eatery sits in the centre of the town overlooking the square, and is currently run by an owner-operator, who is selling due to other commitments.
Bosvena was once a Georgian town house, but was renovated and set up as a restaurant in June 2014, aiming to fill a gap at the upper end of the market. It has quickly built a loyal customer base and has earned numerous rave reviews for its food and service levels.
