Individual Restaurants, the operator of 21 Piccolino restaurants and 8 restaurant bar and grill sites, is set to open in the proposed glass-fronted Chester dining district development at the former Habitat building in Pepper Street.
Set to become a bar and grill site, the company will join three other restaurants opening in the centre which is expected to be completed in less than a year’s time. Developers are yet to reveal the names of the other operators.
Individual Restaurants also operates 2 Bank sites and 1 Zinc restaurant.
