Ruthin Castle Hotel, the historic Grade II-listed hotel and spa situated in Ruthin, North Wales has been sold by administrators to a private consortium incorporating private equity firm Kepler Capital, Prima Hotel Group and existing management.
The 60 bedroom four-star hotel, which has invested recently in a substantial refurbishment, will now be operated by Prima and branded as a Prima Hotel.
Other properties in the Prima Hotel group include: Nunsmere Hall and the Stanneylands, both in Cheshire; Hellaby Hall on the outskirts of Rotherham and Quorn Country Hotel in Leicestershire.
