Developer QLP Limited is to create a 22,000 sq ft leisure venue in Cardiff, expected to open in February 2015.
The company has invested £1.6m and has agreed 25-year lease on the Stadium Plaza.
The new venue, called Cardiff Superbowl, will feature a bowling alley, Laser Quest centre and sports bar.
QLP Director, David Quaintance said, “We’re very pleased that the opportunity came up to move into a thriving city like Cardiff.’
