Dylan’s to open third restaurant in Llandudno

Restaurant operator Dylan’s has announced plans to open its third waterside seafood restaurant in Llandudno on the 25th May.

The 250 cover restaurant will open in the Grade II listed Washington hotel and will be located across two floors with a cocktail bar located under the buildings iconic dome.

Dylan's opened its first restaurant in Menai Bridge in 2012 and the second site opened in May 2015 at Portmeirion architect Sir Clough Williams-Ellis’s Morannedd building.

Director David Evans said, “Our expansion into Llandudno will help us extend our destination dining experience further along the North Wales coast. The town is most definitely on the up, with visitor numbers increasing year on year. We’re very proud to be playing our part in this rejuvenation.'
