Following the success of their first 108 Garage earlier this year, Chris Deeney and Luca Longobardi are set to open a second restaurant in September.
The duo will open the new restaurant called Southam Street on London's Golborne Road in a Victorian pub.
The new restaurant will be located across three floors, with a focus on grilling and smoked fish on the ground floor and a focus on Japanese and Peruvian cuisines, overseen by a sushi master upstairs. There will also be a sake room on the same floor.
There will be champagne bar on the second floor which will showcase wines from both Grand Marque houses.
The duo has also revealed plans to open a third site called Home Noir, which will be a members club with 20 loft apartments, a restaurant, clubhouse and roof deck.
