Coffee shop chain, Bean is to open a site in Sepetmber at Liverpool’s iconic office building, 20 Chapel Street, which is situated in the heart of the city’s commercial district.
The Liverpool-based Bean signed a deal with the building's owner Canmoor to take 1,300 sq ft of space on the ground floor.
20 Chapel Street has completed a £3m revamp, which has seen the building entrance reconfigured and extended to create space for the cafe within the reception area.
The new Bean coffee shop, which will serve hot and cold drinks, fresh lunches and snacks, is the group's fourth branch in the central business district, with current outlets at Princes Dock, St Paul’s Square and Exchange Station.
