Caprice Holdings is set to reopen The Ivy restaurant and private room on 1 June, after a long and intricate refurbishment.
With the next chapter about to begin, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio was employed to bring the restaurant, bar and private room firmly into the 21st century, whilst retaining the essence of what has made The Ivy such a special place for so long.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Gary Lee remains at the helm. There will be familiar dishes that have been mainstays of the menu, but also some more modern dishes with new sections including Asian graze & share, plancha / chargrill, sea & shells. Grains join the salad and vegetables section, and there’s even a range of 'spuds'.
