Menu details have been revealed ahead of the opening of Caprice Holding's Sexy Fish next Monday in London.
The Berkeley Square 190-cover restaurant, plus 48-seat private room, will have an Asian-inspired menu.
The menu sections include robata grilled fish, a raw bar, sharing platters, market fish over charcoal and caviar. Diners can expect dishes such as Isle of Man Queenie Scallops Ponzu & Yuzu Snow, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with Artichoke 3 Ways, and Madagascan Giant Prawns in Umami Butter with Lemon Sorrel.
There's a section of buns, skewers and dumplings - buns include pork belly, Californian lobster, Katsu chicken and Wagyu Beef Burger. While the skewers include Cod Tongue & Cheek Teriyaki, beef rib with wasabi creme fraiche, and a Gorgonzola Tortilla with honey.
The kitchen will be run by chef Ben Orpwood, who recently ran a Gone Fishing pop-up at Caprice's 34, and was formerly at Zuma, Japanese izakaya, and Daniel San.
