    Work Starts On Birmingham Shopping Complex Extension


    Developer Hammerson has commenced work on one of the largest city centre shopping malls, the £800m Birmingham's Bullring shopping centre. The Spiceal Street extension is set around St Martin’s Square and will create in the region of 1,000 sq m of restaurant units and enhancements to the shopping area. The project replaces the Spiral Café which was only opened five years ago.
