Grosvenor Europe has today announced that the Loungers-owned dining brand, Cosy Club, is to launch in the heart of shopping complex, Liverpool One.
Located in a 5,900 sq ft first floor corner unit on Paradise Street, the restaurant will have a total of 300 covers and is due to open in December.
The prime location, adjacent to H&M and Nike on the corner of Paradise Street and Peter’s Lane, marks the brand’s debut in Liverpool. Describing itself as ‘mansion splendour meets village hall eccentricity’, Cosy Club is set apart with its elegant design by an in house team.
The restaurant offers casual dining and drinking from a lazy breakfast to family lunch or a night out, creating a sense of being somewhere special with a hint of nostalgia.
On ground floor of the unit, two new international brands are joining the line-up, with Lindt and Smiggle all opening new stores in time for Christmas. Opposite on Paradise Street, Jack Wolfskin is also making its debut in the city.

Cosy Club is the latest in a series of restaurants to join Liverpool ONE, following the opening earlier this year of Busaba, Turtle Bay, The Club House, Wahaca and Red’s True BBQ.
