Eurostar passengers departing from London can now enjoy a brand new all-day kitchen and bar experience before boarding their train. With over 10 years of strong trade, TRG Concessions have launched a brand new concept - The Station Pantry, developed with Eurostar’s passengers and current food trends in mind.
The Station Pantry is premium, fast and fresh, offering guests a range of speciality coffee, craft beers on tap and ample vegan and vegetarian food options throughout the day.
The Station Pantry is a new addition to the TRG Concessions portfolio, created to combine strong grab & go functionality with a bar element, which focuses on speed of service without compromising on guest experience. The site will also have digital food and drink pre-ordering facility available to passengers via the Eurostar website and app.
The newly refurbished 1,416 sq.ft unit represents TRG Concessions’ strong ongoing commitment to their partnership with Eurostar and provides a brand new kitchen & bar experience that will exceed guest expectations in a travel environment.
Nick Ayerst, Managing Director of TRG Concessions, said, 'We are delighted to add a new brand to our portfolio that will resonate with Eurostar’s passengers and provide great “take on board” and sit down meal options in the busy departure lounge. Our range caters to a wide demographic and a range of dietary requirements, we look forward to welcoming even more guests in 2019.”
Jonathan Fletcher, Head of Procurement and Property at Eurostar, said, “We are thrilled to see our ongoing partnership with TRG Concessions bring a fresh dining & bar concept to the Eurostar lounge. It’s great to see The Station Pantry open and available for passengers to enjoy ahead of the busy Easter holiday period.”
