PizzaExpress and Deliveroo have just announced a renewed national partnership with a two-year exclusive deal across UK and Ireland, as well as innovative new marketing initiatives that will see the two major brands extending the partnership later this year through innovative promotions.
PizzaExpress first partnered with Deliveroo in 2016, and customers are now able to order from its pizzerias on Deliveroo in 105 UK towns and cities. In total under the new partnership, 290 PizzaExpress restaurants will be available on Deliveroo. Customers can order freshly prepared meals and have them delivered in as little as under 30 minutes by Deliveroo.
As part of the new partnership in 2021 PizzaExpress is also adopting Deliveroo’s successful new ‘Signature’ service to enable customers to order delivery directly via the PizzaExpress website and social channels. The service is designed to help customers by offering a wide variety of options to order their favourite pizza; and to help partners engage directly with their most loyal and valued customers, while utilising Deliveroo’s industry-leading logistics and full suite of services.
PizzaExpress customers will benefit from Deliveroo’s world-class rider fleet, logistics algorithms, customer service functionality, and technology whether they order via the Deliveroo app or the PizzaExpress website. ‘Signature’ underscores Deliveroo’s positioning as the leading provider of logistics-enabled food delivery services.
