Robinsons Brewery has acquired the historic Woodman Inn near Huddersfield, which becomes its 4th pub in Yorkshire.
The Woodman will join the group's managed estate and brings the total number of managed pubs to 25.
The pub is described as a stunning 18th century country inn offering superb food, excellent function facilities and beautiful accommodation.
It has been lovingly restored by the Leslie family over 10 years into a 21st-century modern pub, hotel and wedding venue, which prides itself on serving fresh local produce, perfectly cooked and served by their friendly and knowledgeable staff.
As well as a substantial wedding and function business, the pub boasts 19 spacious bedrooms rooms including suites and three beautifully renovated cottages, in keeping with the historic 18th-century country inn’s heritage.
