Senior moves announced at BaxterStorey with plans for regional growth

BaxterStorey has announced some senior leadership moves as it looks to expand its regional presence. Sarah Miller, Managing Director for BaxterStorey London, will be moving to lead and grow its South region, following the departure of Mack Allan.

Mack, who has been in the business for 22 years, has decided to explore new opportunities and, as such, Sarah (pictured) will be returning to the region after seven years in London.

As one of the businesses’ most experienced managing directors, Sarah’s move from London will give impetus to the South region’s growth and development strategy.

For the remainder of 2022 and into 2023, Sarah’s focus will be to continue ensuring its clients receive BaxterStorey’s creative and exciting approach to workplace hospitality alongside expanding the regional business.

BaxterStorey has also announced the appointment of Ian Thomas, current Chief Executive Officer of BM – which sits alongside BaxterStorey within the WSH group portfolio – to take on the role of Managing Director for the capital.

Having spent the last six years at the helm of BM, Ian’s focus on people, learning and development and exceptional food will ensure the London business continues to thrive, adapt and expand.

Ronan Harte, CEO of BaxterStorey, said, “Being open to change and adapting to the current climate is crucial to our success and the fact that we can create opportunities such as these to others within the WSH portfolio demonstrates the value of businesses joining the group.

“Mack joined BaxterStorey as a Group Manager and has successfully progressed through various leadership roles across the UK, supporting our regional development. We hugely value Mack’s hard work and commitment for over two decades and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

“As we focus on the remainder of 2022 and into 2023, we look forward to both Sarah and Ian starting their new roles on 1st October.”
