New Product Development Manager for Creams as expansion continues

Creams Cafe, the UK’s leading dessert restaurant brand, has appointed Bethany Stone as New Product Development Manager.

Bethany joins Creams with over a decade of experience under her belt, gleaned from a role working globally across a range of sectors, from retail to FMCG and foodservice to manufacturing.

As the company enters its next stage of growth, in the UK and internationally, Bethany’s role is to oversee all new product development, reinforcing Creams’ position as the UK’s leading dessert brand.

Through continued innovation, for which she is renowned, she will create new core, seasonal and limited time offerings that deliver on the brand’s DNA by being indulgent and extravagant, delivering the wow factor that Creams is known for, while also keeping a close eye on quality.

Bethany joins the Creams team from Fuerst Day Lawson Ltd, where she was Group Innovations Manager. She was responsible for short and long-term innovation projects across the UK, APAC, MENA and NA, which included winning multi-million dollar contracts with some of the largest global coffee chains.

Prior to this, Bethany worked as the Food and Innovation Centre Supervisor for Sainsbury’s at its Store Support Centre based in Holborn.

Managing Director Everett Fieldgate commented, “Bethany has already proven an invaluable addition to the Creams Cafe team, bringing a wealth of creative ideas, fantastic flavour suggestions and great customer insight to the role from her extensive experience in the industry.

'I’m excited and curious to see what’s in store for our new Creams Cafe products in 2023 – it’s set to be big!”

Bethany added, “I am really proud to be part of the Creams Cafe team. Our brand is loved across the country for its creative and indulgent treats and desserts, a legacy which I plan to nurture.

'Our 2023 pipeline is already pencilled in and I’m almost ready for quarter one key dates such as Valentine’s Day and Easter.

'We’ve also got a new menu on the horizon and with the King’s Coronation in May there is a lot to think about, it’s a really exciting time to be getting involved.”
