Michele Toto has been named restaurant manager of Galvin at Windows in London Hilton on Park Lane.
Over the previous three years, he held the position of assistant restaurant manager at the Ritz London.
With a background spanning eight years in the field, he has cultivated his expertise through roles in various establishments in both the UK and Italy, notably encompassing the Goring and Rocco Forte hotels.
Toto is set to work alongside head chef Marc Hardiman and chef patrons Chris and Jeff Galvin, entrusted with the task of curating menus that reflect the essence of each season.
Commenting on his appointment, Toto said: 'I am thrilled to join the Hilton and Galvin families and very proud to lead such a passionate and talented team. I look forward to welcoming new and old guests in this beautiful restaurant.'
