Cathryn Bell, a seasoned professional with a fervent dedication to enhancing every dining occasion through her extensive knowledge of the world of wine, has recently come back to Wales.
She has joined the Grove of Narberth team following an impressive 16-year journey, during which she honed her skills at some of the country's top establishments.
Hailing originally from Ammanford, Bell has garnered experience at some of Ireland's most notable venues. Her professional journey includes stints at Ashford Castle, the Michelin-starred Chapter One, and the two Michelin-starred Aimsir, working alongside renowned chef Jordan Bailey. Notably, during her tenure at Aimsir, she played a crucial role in achieving the fastest debut of a restaurant to attain two Michelin Stars in the Michelin Guide, Great Britain and Ireland.
Although Bell began her career in international development, stationed in East Africa and earning a degree in Swahili, her true calling unfolded through an unwavering passion to bring joy to others. Distinguished by her dedication to elevating guest experiences through the expert pairing of food and wine, Cathryn stands out in the realm of hospitality. Her radiant personality resonates at every table she serves, where no request, question, or adaptation is ever deemed too challenging.
Outside of immersing herself in the delights of the vibrant Pembrokeshire coastline with her two dogs, you'll find her passionately experimenting with innovative food and wine pairings in the comfort of her own home.
