Sodexo UK & Ireland has appointed Lynsey O’Keefe as its new CEO for its corporate services and energy & resources business segments. These segments provide workplace services, facilities management, and food services to approximately 670 sites in the UK and Ireland, working with some of the world's most recognisable brands.
Lynsey O'Keefe brings extensive experience across food services, workplace management, and facilities management in multiple sectors. As the new CEO for Sodexo's corporate services and energy & resources business segments, she will be responsible for driving the company's continued growth in the workplace. Her role will cover a diverse range of sites, including corporate offices, data centers, manufacturing centers, as well as offshore platforms, refineries, and remote locations.
Before joining Sodexo, Lynsey O'Keefe served as managing director for a flexible workspace provider. Over the last 20 years, she has held senior positions in several leading organisations, including Compass Group and DHL.
O'Keefe's exceptional track record in driving strong growth and fostering employee engagement makes her a key asset to Sodexo's ambitions. Her appointment is expected to reinforce the company's efforts to expand its presence within the corporate and energy sectors.
