Independent boutique hotel and wine bar, Browns Hotel in Dartmouth, South Hams has been brought onto the market by Savills, on behalf of a private client, for a guide price of £1.1m.

The four-storey hotel offers eight en-suite bedrooms, a wine bar, restaurant and a three-bed owner’s flat.

The South Hams region of South Devon remains a popular tourist destination, with 2.45 million overnight stays per annum and a total annual visitor spend of £114.2m.
