Blakemore Wholesale launches new premium fascia

Blakemore Wholesale has unveiled a brand new premium fascia to the independent retail market called Bmorelocal.

The first two Bmorelocal stores have just opened in Immingham, Grimsby, and Swansea in South Wales, will open on 10 June, with a further 30 stores to open in the coming months.

Bmorelocal is Blakemore Wholesale’s premium store format, attracting the best retailers with the highest store standards.

Retailers have access to a full symbol group package alongside EPOS and a strong food-to-go proposition provided by Costa and Country Choice.

As part of Blakemore Wholesale’s commitment to making a significant, positive contribution to the communities it serves, the company’s charitable trust, the Blakemore Foundation, has pledged to award each Bmorelocal store £200 to donate to a charity of their choice.

Blakemore Wholesale Stores Director, Nick Rose commented, “The Bmorelocal fascia has been developed in response to increasing demand from retail club members for a more premium fascia option.

'Our package has been built to work with our customers in partnership and our first two retailers fit the mould perfectly.”

Independent retailers Marc and Wanda Winchester, who are set to launch the Bmorelocal store in Swansea, commented, “We are delighted to be the first Bmorelocal store in Wales.

'We will endeavour to ensure that all of our customers have a wonderful service and that we offer the community a fantastic range of products.

“We have worked so well with Blakemore Wholesale to bring this whole new concept to life and are thrilled to be leading the way with their new fascia.”
