Marks & Spencer is planning to open a 67,000 sq ft store at Kingsley Village in Cornwall, which could create up to 130 jobs.
The retail chain has signed a contract to build a new store at the proposed new Fraddon retail park.
Along with fashion and homeware, the new store will include a food hall with the brand's innovative range of fresh food.
The developer for Fraddon retail park, Kingsley Developments, is hoping to add more stores to the Next and Starbucks shops it has already secured.
