PepsiCo is to invest £8.5m in the Quaker Oats production plant at its site in Cupar, Fife, by the end of summer. The group employs around 5,500 people across 13 locations. These include the largest crisp manufacturing plant in the world located in Leicester and Copella apple juice bottled at Boxford in Suffolk.
