Japanese on-the-go food retailer, Wasabi Sushi & Bento has appointed Frederic Lluch as its new Managing Director.
Lluch was previously made the firm's National Operation Director last May, and prior to that, he was Regional Operations Director at Café Rouge and Managing Director at Obica.
Wasabi offers fresh, authentic, handmade Japanese Sushi and Bento, and operates 42 London sites and eight outside the city. The latest new branch will be opening in London's Paddington.
The company also has three sites in New York City, with two more planned at 6th Avenue and Penn Station.
