Made using succulent British thigh meat – a great flavour carrier and something unique to other burgers on the market – the burger is seasoned with garlic and cracked black pepper and finished with a delicate herb crust.
With origins firmly Stateside, Buttermilk is becoming increasingly prevalent on UK menus and Moy Park’s Buttermilk Chicken Wings provide an easy way of incorporating the hot trend onto menus. Meanwhile, authentic Smoky BBQ Chicken Shanks combine British Red Tractor chicken with a smoky southern-US style BBQ sauce to create an authentic taste of the USA without the hard work. Packing in more meat than a regular drumstick, these premium shanks look, cook and taste better and can be served as a side or combine with slaw and fries for a main.
The range also taps in to other flavour profiles from around the globe: Katsu Chicken Curry Melts flip the Japanese classic on its head with a hot and sweet katsu curry sauce wrapped in succulent chicken breast and golden fried in breadcrumbs.
