Savills has been crowned top shopping centre managing agent by Trevor Wood Associates for the second consecutive year.
The annual surveys rank the top UK shopping centres alongside league tables of agents, tenants and investment managers. Savills is ranked first in the Top 20, ahead of JLL (2nd), Workman (3rd), CBRE (4th) and Lambert Smith Hampton (5th).
Savills is now managing in excess of 26 million sq ft across shopping centres in the UK.
