Fancy Crab launches brunch menu


Fancy Crab, the recently opened restaurant, is now serving brunch for the first time, available on Saturdays and Sundays (10am-5pm).

The new menu offers classic brunch dishes with a twist such as King Crab Benedict (picked red crab, toasted muffins, avocado and smoked chilli with Yuzu lime hollandaise); Crab & Nori Waffles (hot waffles, picked red crab topped with poached eggs, wild rocket and gruyère cheese), and Fancy Crab Hash (a potato and kale hash, marinated heritage tomatoes, duck egg and seaweed butter).

There are also the indulgent Buttermilk Blueberry Waffles served with yogurt, maple glaze and toasted hazelnuts and Smashed avocado and chia seed on toasted focaccia, seaweed salad, avocado, chilli, lime and sumac.

With less than a handful of restaurants serving this delicacy in London, Fancy Crab sets itself apart with an exciting and innovative menu that highlights the versatility of this delicious and succulent meat, fresh from the cold, open waters of the Northern part of the Arctic Ocean.
