Best of Cornish F&B pops up at Michelin-starred restaurant

On 11 June, The Mariner’s Public House surfs in from Rock, Cornwall, arriving in Knightsbridge for a one-off pop-up at Michelin-starred restaurant, Outlaw’s at The Capital.

A pub by Nathan Outlaw (pictured right) and Sharp’s Brewery, The Mariner’s head chef Zack Hawke (left) – alongside Nathan and Sharp’s beer sommelier Ed Hughes – will be dishing up the best of Cornish produce as part of a fantastic food and beer pairing dinner.

The five-course menu will showcase dishes from the popular seaside pub including a stunning sharing dish of Cote de Boeuf, sourced from the oldest farm shop in Cornwall, Philip Warren Butchers.

With each and every course expertly paired with a Sharp’s beer, sommelier Ed will talk guests through brews such as Chalky’s Bite, a matured beer with a delicate herbal flavour, named fondly after chef Rick Stein’s beloved mutt, and the award-winning Sea Fury – a special bitter with notes of dark berry and a moreish hop finish.

Tickets are priced at £110 each and signed copies of Nathan Outlaw’s latest cookbook, Home Kitchen, will be available to purchase on the night.
